Grace International Church Riga ("Grace Space", "we", "us") is a Reformed Christian church based at Augusta Delgava iela 1A, Riga, Latvia, LV-1009. We operate the website gracespace.church.

What information we collect
We only collect information you give us directly. This happens when you:
- Fill in the contact form on our website (first name, last name, email address)
- Tick the checkbox indicating you want to stay in touch and receive our newsletter
- Email us directly at graceintriga@gmail.com
- Request a copy of the Westminster Confession of Faith
We do not use tracking pixels, advertising networks, or third-party analytics tools that collect personal data.
How we use your information
We use your information only for the purpose you provided it:
- To respond to your message or enquiry
- To send you our weekly devotionals and occasional church news, if you opted in
- To send you documents you requested (such as the Westminster Confession of Faith)
We will never sell, share, or rent your personal data to any third party.
Where we store your data
Contact form submissions are stored in Airtable, a cloud-based database service. Airtable stores data on servers located in the United States and is compliant with GDPR through Standard Contractual Clauses. You can read Airtable's privacy policy at airtable.com/privacy.
How long we keep your data
We keep your contact information for as long as you remain subscribed to our communications, or for as long as is necessary to respond to your enquiry. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data, we will do so promptly.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Latvian data protection law, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Withdraw consent to receive communications at any time
- Lodge a complaint with the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (Datu Valsts Inspekcija) at dvi.gov.lv
